When you transfer money through IMPS, the money transfer is received but the bank does not give details of transfer such as name, account number etc. For which we have to do a manual reconciliation which takes time. NEFT takes anywhere from 2 hours to 8 hours to get credited hence takes time to reflect in your trading account.
The best option is to either use NetBanking or UPI to see instant reflection in trading account.
